Cancellation Policy

A valid card on file is required to book any appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the online system. Cancellations: Cancellations are not available online. If you need to cancel, please contact your artist directly. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to respect both your time and ours, and to ensure availability for all clients.
